    Completed and inaugurated in the spring of 2004; The Blue Marlin Suite together with the fruit & coffee bar Café Delight and Internet Café (situated below), set new standards to visitor accommodations and facilities in this Northern Castara area of Tobago.
  Occupants of the Blue Marlin enjoy a special perch from which the landward greens contrast with the ever changing effervescent blues of Castara Bay to seaward. The rhythms of the sea birds, the fish and the energies of the fishermen are soothing displays to the tranquillity of a Tobago retreat.
  Visitors may now enjoy close intimacy with the sea of Castara Bay, having convenient and comfortable spaces in which the ambience of a tropical setting may infuse the spirit with piece. Vantages for moments of inspirational introspection are offered from the Sun Patio and the Sun-Set Porch of our modest Ocean Park facilities.

    Wood, terracotta tile, cobble, white and grey river stone; stone expressionism irked out of textures so favoured by the stone-mason, come proprietor, of the Naturalist Beach Resort.

  Castara beach viewed from the original breakfast bar.
  Unusual in its immensity; commonly coppiced to spread wide as a 15-foot-tall natural beach-umbrella, and often found around these islands husbanded in this state; our wild tree of Castara, seen to the left of the picture above, has sprouted to a 70 foot giant and is probably the largest accessible local almond on the island.
  We can only guess at its age, but suspect a conservative 150 years. This tree is one of Tobago’s natural treasures.

This cosy beach-side resort offers the self-catering traveller
five spacious comfortably furnished apartments for its visitors.
Each apartments is self contained with hot and cold water, a toilet, shower and compact kitchen facility.
A TV is included.
Three of the larger rooms are suitable for family occupancy with a folding divan for the children.

On request, the room refrigerator may be stocked with drinks to greet the thirsty traveller;
with an as-used policy applying.
Room service for any of breakfast, dinner or drinks is also available on request
at an extra charge.
